By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. Nature of Services
Web It Square provides digital services including:

- Digital Marketing Services
As these are service-based and customized digital solutions, cancellation terms differ from physical product purchases.
2. Cancellation Before Project Start
Clients may request cancellation:
- Before the project work has started
- Before any design, development, or strategy work has been initiated
In such cases:
- A refund may be processed after deducting any applicable transaction or administrative charges.
3. Cancellation After Project Has Started
Once the project has started:
- Advance payments are non-refundable.
- Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the amount of work completed.
- Partial refund may be considered at the sole discretion of Web It Square.
Time, planning, research, and resource allocation begin immediately after project confirmation.
4. Cancellation of Monthly Services (SEO / Social Media Marketing)
For recurring services:
- Clients must provide at least 7 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.
- Cancellation will apply to the next billing period.
- Ongoing month payments are non-refundable once service has commenced.
5. Client-Initiated Delays
If a client:
- Fails to provide required content
- Fails to respond for more than 15–30 days
- Delays approvals
The project may be placed on hold.
If no communication is received for an extended period (30+ days), the project may be treated as cancelled without refund.
6. Web It Square’s Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services if:
- Payment is not received on time
- Client violates Terms & Conditions
- Client engages in abusive, illegal, or unethical practices
In such cases, refunds will not be applicable for completed work.
7. How to Request Cancellation
To request cancellation, clients must send a written request to:

Verbal cancellation requests will not be accepted.
8. Processing of Approved Refunds
If a cancellation qualifies for a refund:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
Transaction fees charged by payment gateways may be deducted.
