2. Use of Website

By using our website, you agree:

We reserve the right to restrict access if misuse is detected.

3. Service Agreement

Before starting any project:

  • Scope of work will be discussed and finalized
  • Pricing and timeline will be agreed upon
  • Advance payment may be required

Work will begin only after confirmation of payment and agreement on project terms.

4. Payments

  • All payments must be made as per the agreed quotation or invoice.
  • Advance payments are required for most projects.
  • Final delivery may be provided after full payment clearance.

Late payments may result in project delays or service suspension.

5. Revisions & Scope Changes

  • Revisions are provided based on the agreed project scope.
  • Major changes beyond the original scope may incur additional charges.
  • Additional features or functionalities will require a revised quotation.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • The client receives ownership of the completed website design/content created specifically for them.

However:

  • Web It Square reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
  • Third-party tools, themes, plugins, and software remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Third-Party Services

We may use or recommend third-party services such as:

  • Hosting providers
  • Domain registrars
  • Plugins & themes
  • Payment gateways

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party service failures
  • Server downtime
  • Policy changes made by third-party platforms

8. Limitation of Liability

Web It Square and Deepak Ranim shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of business or profits
  • Website downtime
  • Data loss
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Clients are responsible for maintaining backups unless a maintenance plan is purchased.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:

  • Client violates terms
  • Payment is not made
  • Abusive or inappropriate behavior occurs

Clients may terminate services by providing written notice. Refund eligibility will follow the Refund Policy.

10. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality. Any sensitive business information shared during a project will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated terms will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
