Service Agreement

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions under which Web It Square provides services to clients.

By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. About Web It Square

Web It Square is owned and operated by Deepak Ranim and provides professional services including:

WordPress Website Development
Website Design & Redesign
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
Social Media Marketing
Google Business Profile Optimization
Digital Marketing Services

2. Scope of Services

The scope of work will be:

Clearly discussed before project initiation
Confirmed via email or written communication
Based on the selected package or custom quotation

Any additional features, pages, or services outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

3. Project Process

The typical workflow includes:

Requirement discussion
Quotation approval
Advance payment
Design & development phase
Client review & revisions
Final delivery after full payment

Timelines depend on project complexity and client cooperation.

4. Payment Terms

Advance payment is required before work begins.
Remaining balance must be paid before final handover.
For monthly services (SEO / SMM), payment is due in advance for each billing cycle.

Failure to make payment may result in project delay or service suspension.

5. Revisions Policy

Revisions are limited to the agreed scope.
Minor design/content changes are allowed as per package.
Major structural or functional changes require additional charges.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Provide accurate information and content
Provide images, logos, and credentials on time
Respond to queries and approvals promptly
Maintain hosting and domain (unless managed by Web It Square)

Project delays caused by the client may extend delivery timelines.

7. Intellectual Property

After full payment:

The client owns the final website design and content created specifically for them.

However:

Third-party themes, plugins, and tools remain the property of their respective owners.
Web It Square may showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Confidentiality

All confidential information shared by the client will be kept secure and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.

9. Third-Party Services

Web It Square may use or recommend third-party services such as:

Hosting providers
Domain registrars
Payment gateways
Marketing tools

We are not responsible for downtime, policy changes, or issues caused by third-party providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

Web It Square shall not be held liable for:

Loss of profits
Business interruption
Data loss
Website downtime
Indirect or consequential damages

Clients are responsible for maintaining backups unless a maintenance service is purchased.

12. Termination of Agreement

Web It Square reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if:

Payment terms are violated
Client engages in illegal or unethical activity
Client breaches these terms

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

14. Amendments

Web It Square reserves the right to update this Service Agreement at any time.

Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
