The client receives ownership of the completed website design/content created specifically for them.

Web It Square reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Third-party tools, themes, plugins, and software remain the property of their respective owners.

We may use or recommend third-party services such as:
Hosting providers
Domain registrars
Plugins & themes
Payment gateways
We are not responsible for:
Third-party service failures
Server downtime
Policy changes made by third-party platforms
8. Limitation of Liability
Web It Square and Deepak Ranim shall not be liable for:
Loss of business or profits

Indirect or consequential damages
Clients are responsible for maintaining backups unless a maintenance plan is purchased.
9. Termination of Services
