Since these are digital and service-based offerings, there are no physical products, and therefore no physical returns are applicable.
2. Advance Payments
Most projects require an advance payment before work begins.
Advance payments are non-refundable once the project has started.
This is because time, resources, planning, and development efforts are immediately allocated to the project.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
If the project has not yet started
If payment was made twice due to technical error
If both parties mutually agree to cancel before work initiation
Partial refunds may be considered depending on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation.
4. No Refund After Work Completion
No refund will be provided if:
The project has been completed and delivered
Revisions as per agreed scope have been provided
The client changes their business decision after project completion
5. Monthly Services (SEO / Social Media Marketing)
For recurring services:
Clients may cancel future services with prior notice (at least 7 days before next billing cycle).
Payments already made for the current month are non-refundable once the service period has started.
6. Client Responsibilities
Refunds will not be granted due to:
Delay in providing content or materials
Lack of communication
Change of mind
Failure to provide approvals on time
Third-party hosting or server issues
7. Revision Policy
Web It Square offers revisions based on the package selected and agreed scope.
Revisions are limited to the original project scope.
Major changes or additional features may require additional charges.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
Immediate suspension of services
Legal action if necessary
